We offer express 2-5 day shipping worldwide. Standard shipping for select countries will generally arrived between 5-14 days after processing. We only provide an estimated delivery date from our couriers. On the rare occasion, your order may arrive outside the estimated delivery timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes and customs delays. All orders can be tracked online and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping cost will vary depending on your country. Please proceed through to checkout to see the shipping cost. Please note that we offer FREE worldwide shipping for Lens Emporia newsletter subscribers and for orders over US$99.

processing time

To provide you with the best service, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. If you notice an error in your order, we would encourage you to contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@lensemporia.com. We still tell our customers to allow up to 1-2 days for us to process your order in the event there are unforeseen non-business days by our couriers or other countries. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

As all of our packages are tracked and require signatures upon delivery, someone will need to be present at the shipping address during the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign, our courier will do their best to make multiple delivery attempts. If your package is undeliverable and is subsequently returned back to us, we may need to charge you a re-delivery fee of US$20 to cover for our re-delivery costs.

Since we require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to unattended post office boxes.

DUTIES & TAXES

Deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. EU deliveries will be assessed for VAT and is payable by the customer. We would encourage you to contact your local customs office to determine whether you may owe any duties and taxes upon collection or delivery of your package.
